Job Purpose

The Professional Driver is responsible for providing safe, discreet, professional, and efficient transportation services to corporate organizations, executives, high-net-worth individuals, and other clients of Drivexcel Nigeria Limited.

The role requires strict adherence to safety standards, professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent customer service while ensuring assigned vehicles are properly maintained and operated responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Transportation Services

  • Safely transport clients, executives, and passengers to assigned destinations. 
  • Provide premium chauffeur and executive driving services. 
  • Support convoy and security driving operations when required. 
  • Plan efficient travel routes to ensure punctuality and safety. 
  • Assist clients with professionalism and courtesy during trips. 

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure strict compliance with all road safety regulations and traffic laws. 
  • Adhere to company driving policies, procedures, and safety standards. 
  • Practice defensive driving techniques at all times. 
  • Report accidents, incidents, or traffic violations promptly. 

Vehicle Management

  • Conduct daily routine vehicle inspections before and after trips. 
  • Monitor vehicle condition and promptly report faults or maintenance issues. 
  • Ensure assigned vehicles remain clean, neat, fueled, and roadworthy. 
  • Maintain proper vehicle documentation and compliance records. 

Client Service & Professional Conduct

  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion while dealing with clients. 
  • Demonstrate professionalism, discipline, and respectful conduct at all times. 
  • Maintain a neat personal appearance and professional attitude. 
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships. 

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate trip, mileage, and fuel records where required. 
  • Submit operational reports and updates to management when necessary. 
  • Properly document vehicle maintenance and service schedules.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of SSCE qualification. 
  • Valid driver’s license. 
  • Minimum of 2 years professional driving experience. 
  • Previous experience in corporate, executive, convoy, or chauffeur driving is an advantage.

Job Purpose

The Operations & Client Service Officer is responsible for coordinating daily operational activities, managing client communications, supporting driver deployment processes, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery. The role also supports business development activities and administrative coordination to ensure smooth organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service & Communication

  • Receive and respond professionally to client calls, enquiries, and requests. 
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure prompt feedback to enquiries. 
  • Follow up with clients on ongoing requests, services, and operational updates. 

Operations Coordination

  • Receive client orders and properly document them for operational execution. 
  • Escalate operational requests and assignments to the Operations Director. 
  • Coordinate and deploy drivers to client locations as required. 
  • Monitor deployed drivers to ensure compliance, punctuality, and effective service delivery. 
  • Maintain operational schedules and deployment records. 

Recruitment & Applicant Management

  • Attend to calls and applications from prospective drivers and staff. 
  • Maintain proper records of applicants and recruitment enquiries. 
  • Support onboarding and communication with shortlisted applicants. 

Business Development Support

  • Support the preparation and submission of business proposals. 
  • Follow up on submitted proposals and client opportunities. 
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and partnerships. 

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate operational, client, and administrative records. 
  • Prepare reports and updates for management when required. 
  • Support general office coordination and administrative activities.

  • Prepare and submit business proposals and presentations. 
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
